2PM and Bigbang Won Awards at MTV VMAJ 2013

MTV VMAJ (Video Music Awards Japan) 2013 held on June 22 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan. Some Kpop idols listed as nominees in three different categories but only two victorious group won the award.

Kpop idol 2PM's album 'Legend of 2PM' successfully got an award in the category 'Best Album of the Year'. Taecyeon cs defeated big names like the One Direction album 'Take Me Home', Linkin Park with the album 'Living Things', and Carly Rae Jepsen to the album 'Kiss'.

Besides 2PM, Kpop idol who won an award in this prestigious event is Bigbang. Music video 'Fantastic Baby' who is directed by Seo Hyun Seung won the award for 'Best Dance Video'. In the same category, Bigbang defeated several other music videos like Bangarang - Skrillex and Spectrum - Zedd. (detikhot)
